You have three main tabs:

  • Live Jobs: These are active job requests from customers which you can quote. You can filter by State, Region, Post Code and Job Creation Date.
  • Quoted Jobs: These are job requests for which you have provided a quote. You can filter by State, Region, Post Code and Job Creation Date.
  • Matched Jobs: These are job requests for which your quote has been accepted by customer and their contact details have been shared. Please contact them to organize delivery.

Once your quote has been accepted, the job will be available under Matched Jobs which will include the customer's contact information. In-app communications will also be an option in future.

  • New Order: You can create a new order with concrete specifications, delivery address and 3 options for request date and time.
  • Active Order: These are active orders for which you are open to accept quotes. You can filter by State, Region, Post Code and Job Creation Date.
  • Past Order: These are historical orders which include accepted quotes. You can filter by State, Region, Post Code and Job Creation Date.

CreteConnect has a robust onboarding workflow for Sales Reps which include, but not limited to, authentication and ABN/ACN checks for them to access the marketplace and submit quotes.

The marketplace offers the service for a fee per quote which includes GST and merchant fee. Credits are applied to a standard conversion rate to AUD which will be reflected at the time of purchase. The conversion will be dynamic as we may run promotional events, and bulk discounts which will mean savings for you and your business.
